Every NYS partcipant (10-50) and NAS Participant (51+) must visit Registration Desk to collect Registration ID Cards. Please note Registration ID Cards are necessary to enter any of the event Venues.
Timings and Location of Registration Desk
August 30 & 31, 2023 – 12 to 6 PM at Toronto Bhawan
Day 1: September 1 (Friday) – NYF Venue – 8.00 AM Onwards
Day 2: September 2 (Saturday) – NYS Venue (International Center) – 7.00 AM Onwards
Day 3: September 3 (Sunday) – NYS Venue (International Center) – 7.00 AM Onwards
For 51 Plus Attendees – 1 PM to 3.00 PM Onwards
Day 4: September 4 (Monday) – International Center – 10.00 AM Onwards
If collecting Registration Cards on the day of the event, please plan to arrive 1.5 hours before the start of the event.
Collection Of Registration ID Cards At Airport Or Partner Hotels
Registration ID cards can also be collected at the Meet & Greet desk at the Airport and also at Partner Hotels for attendees who have provided information about their flights at Partner Hotels as part of the registration form
